As a Life Practitioner you help adults with severe learning disabilities and complex needs live independent, fulfilling lives. Responsibilities Support day-to-day living and personal goals. Accompany individuals on community activities such as shopping, meals, and appointments. Build positive, respectful relationships that promote dignity and wellbeing. Work closely with colleagues to safeguard and empower the people we support. Pay & Progression Clear progression through our competency framework. Level 1: £12.60, Level 2: £13.10, Level 3: £13.60.
