Compliance Assurance & Testing Own, enhance, and execute the annual compliance assurance testing plan. Review and conduct sample testing on our global financial crime and compliance programme. Communicate findings clearly, propose proactive solutions, and track them to completion. Act as the main Compliance lead for external AML audits, ensuring smooth execution and timely responses. Track, monitor, and coordinate any remediation work from AML audit findings. Ensure all assurance and audit findings are reported accurately to the right governance structures. Cross‑Functional Partnership Work closely with Compliance Officers globally and collaborate with Operations, Compliance Operations, Support, Product and Technology teams. Ensure our assurance plan adapts to both company growth and the ever‑changing regulatory landscape. What You Will Bring 4+ years in a Compliance team at a licensed financial institution, consultancy or regulator (with direct testing/assurance experience). Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, able to analyse complex information. Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to work effectively across diverse teams. Strong project management abilities and high attention to detail. Fluent English (C1+); other languages a plus. Genuine curiosity for fintech and crypto. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies. Willingness to travel internationally. Competitive salary Equity package: share in our success.
