Located near the stunning Lancashire coast, our newly refurbished 62-bed home offers a modern, welcoming, and supportive environment for both our residents and members. Our team collaborates closely to address each resident’s unique needs, interests, and preferences, ensuring they live an enriched and meaningful life. As a Care Practitioner, your role will include : Assist residents with personal care, meals, and daily routines to promote comfort and well-being. Conduct regular safety and welfare checks on all residents throughout the shift. Accurately document and update care records, reports, and observations in line with company policies. Respond promptly to residents’ needs, including emergencies or changes in health status. Support and mentor new or less-experienced team members during the day shift. Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, including performing light housekeeping tasks as required.
