An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Logistics Coordinator to join a fast-paced and growing operations team based in Luton. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and has a keen eye for detail when managing vehicle routes and client communications. The Role: You’ll be responsible for tracking and monitoring vehicle routes using transport management systems, escalating issues when they arise, and keeping clients and internal teams informed. You’ll play a key part in ensuring that service levels are met each day, assisting the operations team, and maintaining accurate reporting. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and track vehicle routes, escalating and re-planning as required. Liaise with clients and internal teams to update on any changes or delays. Report and audit vehicle tracking and navigation systems. Manage inbound client service requests promptly and professionally. Build strong working relationships with clients and colleagues. Complete end-of-shift reports and assist with booking additional collections. About You: Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication, both written and verbal. Confident using Microsoft Office and transport management systems. High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent service. Some geographical knowledge would be helpful, but a willingness to learn is key. What's in it for you: Monday to Friday hours - no weekend work Regular shift pattern: 12:00-20:00.
