Responsible for over £100 million in annual spend, we partner with teams across our hotels and head office to deliver exceptional quality, value, and innovation across every category we manage.We’re now looking for a Category Buyer - FF&E and OS&E to join our passionate Procurement team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to some of London’s most iconic hotels and help shape the design, feel, and functionality of our spaces - from statement furniture to the finishing touches that make each guest experience truly memorable.What you’ll be doingYou’ll play a key role in sourcing, coordinating, and delivering the products and materials that bring our hotels to life. Working closely with the Group Head of Procurement and the Category Manager, you’ll support the strategic sourcing, procurement, and supplier management of all Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) and Operating Supplies & Equipment (OS&E) for refurbishments and ongoing operations.Your focus will be on ensuring that everything we source - from major installations to the smallest detail - reflects our brand standards, meets quality and cost expectations, and is delivered on time.Your day-to-day will include :Supporting the development and execution of category sourcing strategies to achieve cost, quality, and delivery goalsManaging procurement documentation, price lists, supplier data, and maintaining the brand standards libraryPreparing and issuing RFQs, RFPs, and purchase orders in line with company proceduresCoordinating sample approvals, mock-ups, and ensuring suppliers meet our brand and compliance standardsTracking inflation, cost‑saving initiatives, and identifying opportunities for process improvement and consolidationStaying up to date with market trends and bringing fresh ideas, innovations, and sustainable sourcing opportunities to the tableSupporting the team in advancing our ESG and Responsible Procurement commitmentsWhat you’ll bringA minimum of 2 years’ experience as an FF&E or OS&E Buyer or Assistant Buyer, ideally within hospitality or a related operational spend areaCIPS qualification (or working towards it) and / or a degree-level educationExcellent supplier management, negotiation, and communication skillsA proactive approach - able to work independently while building strong relationships across teams and with external partnersExperience with procurement systems (P2P, S2C) and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPointA passion for detail, design, and delivering excellence through every element of the guest experienceWhat you’ll get in returnAs well as all the things you'd expect from us, such as great staff areas to recharge in, wholesome meals on duty, pension and healthcare schemes, we’ll take care of you at every step of your journey so that you can take care of our guests.In fact, we’re so committed to this that our ‘People Promise’ sets out how you can expect us to support you at every step of your application and your career with us.
