Our experienced team creates a safe, stimulating environment where children are encouraged to explore, develop independence, and build positive relationships. Located in North West London, the nursery is easily accessible by car and public transport: Kingsbury Underground Station – approx. 15‑minute walk, free onsite parking & buggy storage, and complimentary staff lunches. About You Passionate and ambitious Nursery Manager aiming to deliver the highest standards of childcare and early years education. Resourceful, commercially minded with strong leadership ability and excellent communication skills. Strong organisational skills, keen attention to detail and able to prioritise workload effectively. Qualifications & Experience NNEB, BTEC National Diploma, CACHE Diploma in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3. Montessori qualification or experience in a Montessori setting desirable. Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager. Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills. A focus on delivering high‑quality childcare and early education.
