This role offers flexibility, allowing you to choose when and where you work—perfect for those who can’t commit to a full-time position or want more control over their schedule. Every day will bring something new, so you’ll need to be adaptable and ready to meet the needs of different classrooms. To be considered, you must be a fully qualified teacher and familiar with the current national curriculum. The ideal candidate will be: An outstanding classroom practitioner Experienced in teaching within a primary classroom setting Able to adapt to changing classroom dynamics and pupil needs Key responsibilities include: Covering lessons where the class teacher is absent due to sickness, training, or other reasons Delivering pre-planned lessons and engaging pupils in their learning Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a safe, positive learning environment This opportunity can work around you and is available on a full-time or part-time basis. You can update your availability weekly, and we’ll prioritise placements based on your preferences and year group experience.
