Their advice is centered on helping clients achieve prosperity, a secure future and peace of mind — powered by the expertise of their dedicated colleagues.The RoleMy client is expanding their Audit & Assurance team and is looking for a qualified Audit Senior (ICAS/ACA/ACCA) to join the business. This role can be based from any of the following offices: Carlisle, Cockermouth, Dumfries, Glasgow, Hexham, Kendal, Leeds, Manchester, Maryport, Newcastle, Northallerton, Penrith, Settle, Skipton, Whitehaven, Wigton or Workington.You’ll complete audit and accountancy assignments for a varied client portfolio and support the wider team to deliver exceptional service.ResponsibilitiesPrepare statutory accounts for limited company clients and compile files for manager/partner review.Plan, coordinate and complete audit assignments and accounts work.Liaise with clients before and during engagements to obtain all required information.Ensure audit/accounts files are completed for manager review within agreed timescales and budgets.Complete sections of audit files or full files for subsidiaries in multi-entity group audits as allocated by seniors/managers.Assist with general administration and continuous improvement within the Audit & Assurance department.RequirementsICAS / ACA / ACCA qualified.Experience in a fast-paced practice environment with audit and accounts exposure.Strong organisation and problem-solving skills; able to prioritise and meet strict deadlines.A collaborative team player who uses initiative and supports colleagues.Confident communicator with clients and stakeholders.Full UK driving license.BenefitsCompetitive salary plus a positive benefits package.Salary Sacrifice employer pension contributions, including Life Cover (4× salary) and Income Protection.Smart Working Policy supporting a balance of office and remote work.Health Shield Cash Plan (cash back on a range of health benefits) and retail/holiday discounts.Employee Assistance Programme (24/7 confidential wellbeing support).Paid flu jabs and eye tests.Introductory Commission Scheme for new client referrals.Ongoing access to online training and development materials; paid professional membership fees.Charity of the Month and Colleague of the Month initiatives.Should you have any questions or wish to apply please do not hesitate to contact Clear IT Recruitment Limited.Please Note: Due to the number of applications we receive we may be unable to respond to every application directly.
