BAND: 6 Job Purpose To lead on the identification of training needs, and the development, implementation and review of a training plan and training programmes for NIHE Direct, within the Asset Management Directorate, working closely with senior stakeholders and the corporate Learning & Organisational Development team to achieve organisational business objectives in line with our vision and values. Requirements i) Possess a BTEC Higher Diploma (Level 5) or equivalent qualification in a Learning and Development /Business related discipline with a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a Training/ Learning and Development role in a large multi-team organisation to include delivery of learning and development. ii) Can demonstrate equivalent professional development or experiential learning with three years' experience working in a Training/ Learning and Development role in a large multi-team organisation to include delivery of learning and development.
