Responsibilities Caring and supporting our residents in their everyday journey with Aurem Care. Providing personal care, social support and creating heartwarming memories. Ensuring residents’ needs are met using our electronic care platform “Nourish”. Working within a committed team. Showing positive caring values in all aspects of practice. Supervising, guiding and supporting a group of care assistants. Assisting in the planning and monitoring of resident care. Supporting the care assistant induction programme and Core Training Programme. Performing ad‑hoc duties to support service delivery for residents. What Makes a Successful Candidate Previous senior care experience. NVQ level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent training). Enthusiastic about providing care. Strong values and compassion for supporting people. Able to work well as part of a team and independently with creativity and passion. Excellent communication skills. Ability to follow, prioritise and manage tasks and responsibilities. Engages well with residents, supporting their continuing interests and positive experiences. What We Offer Full or part‑time contracts. Options of 22, 33, or 44 hours per week, including weekend and bank hours. Night shifts – Days 7 pm–7 am. Hourly rate: £12.81. 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays, pro‑rata for part‑time). Life insurance. Free DBS checks (T & C’s apply). Free or discounted meals. Free parking. Company pension.
