OverviewERP SAP Ariba Implementation Lead — West London / Berkshire area • 2 year Fixed Term contractThe ERP SAP Ariba and Fieldglass Implementation Lead will spearhead the deployment of SAP Strategic Sourcing within our client’s organisation. This is a pivotal role in transforming their sourcing capabilities and delivering long-term value across their commercial operations. The successful candidate will lead discovery, design, and delivery phases in partnership with System Integrators, using the SAP Activate methodology.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end implementation of SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing as well as Fieldglass in parallel.Actively engage in programme governance and be accountable for mobilisation of resources, development / baselining of delivery plans.Apply SAP Activate methodology to structure and guide the implementation lifecycle.Discovery & Pain Point Analysis – using existing Source to Pay process review materials together with identifying further inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.Then translate findings into actionable design inputs for the Ariba solution.Engage with internal stakeholders across Commercial / Procurement, Digital, Finance, ERP Programme, and AOCD.Ensure alignment and buy-in from senior leadership and wider business teams.Full collaboration with our SI partner.Develop and execute a robust business change strategy focusing on both suppliers and internal users. Lead supplier onboarding and engagement strategies. Champion user adoption through a robust training and support approach.Skills & ExperienceProven experience leading SAP Ariba implementations, ideally within utilities or regulated industries.Strong understanding of strategic sourcing, procurement processes, and ERP integration.Expertise in SAP Activate methodology and programme mobilisation or equivalent.Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., especially SAP) and data analytics / migration tools. #J-18808-Ljbffr
