Associate Director - Business Tax Advisory Location: Manchester The Company A leading professional services firm with a global presence is seeking an experienced Associate Director - Business Tax Advisory to join their dynamic and growing tax advisory team. The Role As an Associate Director in the Business Tax Advisory team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping strategic tax solutions for high-profile clients. You\'ll lead complex advisory projects, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to the development of a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with large corporate, listed, and international clients. Deliver strategic tax planning and advisory services tailored to client business activities and transactions. Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to provide integrated solutions. Manage client portfolios, including fee negotiation and WIP oversight. Mentor and develop junior team members through technical guidance and performance management. Identify and win new advisory work, contributing to business growth. Partner with other service lines such as M&A, risk advisory, and digital consulting on multidisciplinary projects. Candidate Profile ACA and/or CTA qualified (or qualified by experience). Proven experience in corporate tax advisory for large, listed, and international groups. Strong technical tax knowledge and commercial awareness. Track record of managing client relationships and delivering high-value advisory work. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Experience in business development and cross-service line collaboration. Why Apply?
