Job Title: Construction Tutor (1 Day per Week)

Are you an experienced construction professional looking to pass on your skills and support the next generation entering the trade? Remedy Education is working closely with a college in Enfield, and they are looking for a committed Construction Tutor to join their vocational team one day per week.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with learners, understands the importance of industry-standard training, and wants to make a real impact without committing to a full-time teaching timetable.

About the Role

As a Construction Tutor, you'll be delivering practical and theory-based sessions to learners working from Entry Level up to Level 2. This will include key construction skills, site safety awareness, and preparation for CSCS requirements.

Your role will include:

Delivering engaging, hands-on construction sessions
Supporting learners with both practical skills and underpinning knowledge
Ensuring course content meets current industry and safety standards
Providing both academic and pastoral support where needed
Contributing to a positive and productive workshop/classroom environment

What We're Looking For

You don't need years of teaching experience - the college welcomes both qualified lecturers and skilled tradespeople looking to step into teaching.

We are seeking someone with:

Strong experience in construction, site safety, or CSCS-related work
Good understanding of health & safety regulations and best practice
Confidence working with learners of varied backgrounds and abilities
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A teaching qualification or willingness to work towards oneAbout the College
