Kitchen Porter – Springtown Industrial Estate, Derry, NI Full time | Permanent 36 hours per week Shift pattern: 7:30-15:30 or 10:00-17:30 (may vary) Pay: £12.21 per hour Due to site requirements you must be 18 years of age or older at the time of application. What You’ll Do Keep kitchen and back‑of‑house areas spotless, organised, and running smoothly. Clean and maintain kitchen equipment to ensure top performance and longevity. Handle and check deliveries, ensuring stock quality and proper storage using Kelsius systems. Support food service by replenishing counters and maintaining clean tables and condiments. Follow cleaning schedules and hygiene standards to maintain a safe, efficient environment. Comply with food safety, health, and fire regulations at all times. Assist with special functions and provide cover when needed across departments. Report any incidents, maintenance issues, or irregularities promptly to management.
