Advanced Nurse Practitioner (Greenwich) (Permanent) Apply for the Advanced Nurse Practitioner (Greenwich) (Permanent) role at Omnes Healthcare. Responsibilities You will be working within our purpose-built health Centre on the Greenwich Peninsula, serving 10,500 patients. The practice is only a 10 min walk from North Greenwich Underground station and the O2, with access to shops, restaurants, cinema. It has good transport links and parking available on site for staff. As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will be supported by and work with a diverse multi-skilled professional team of clinical and non-clinical staff, providing high quality, person-centred, holistic nursing care to patients registered with Omnes Healthcare practices, including screening, assessment and treatment. We provide the full range of NHS Primary Medical Services to the registered patients, each patient unique, and our aim is to provide personalised, quality healthcare.
