What are your contributions to the team? Log and process inbound and outbound aircraft parts and materials at the off‑site location. Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments in accordance with Bombardier’s standards and aviation regulations. Ensure accurate labelling and traceability of parts and supplies. Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records using Bombardier’s inventory management systems. Coordinate the dispatch of parts to and from the main Service Centre at Biggin Hill. Organise and store items safely and efficiently, adhering to warehouse and aviation safety protocols. Support inventory audits and stock checks to ensure data accuracy. Assist with preparing parts for scheduled maintenance and unscheduled repairs. Liaise with procurement, logistics, and maintenance teams to ensure timely availability of required components. Perform administrative tasks including data entry and documentation. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to streamline logistics and reduce turnaround times. How to thrive in this role? Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Prior experience in inventory management or logistics is an asset but not essential. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Interest or background in aviation is a plus.
