We are seeking a high-performing, self-motivated individual who is looking to grow their career in Tech Sales, providing proactive support for all territory based accounts i.e. customers who do not have an assigned Client Director. What does the role involve?ResponsibilitiesOverseeing, triaging and responding to the IPI Account Manager shared customer inboxCreation of CRM (HubSpot) entries to trigger the presales support processCreation of quotes with guidance from Client Director and Head of Client ManagementTracking and management of the order booking process for all Territory Account opportunitiesResponsible for ensuring CRM is accurate for all Territory AccountsSupports Client Director activities when requiredUnderstands and sells IPI's products and/or services to, and maintains good relationships with customer contactsResponsible for proactively gathering appropriate information from the customer to be able to articulate their needsActs as a sales point-of-contact for the Territory Accounts, representing the organisation to the customer and the customer to the organisationEnsures HubSpot and associated forecast reporting is up to date and accurate at all timesResponsible for meeting assigned Sales Quota and updating pipeline and opportunities in HubSpotQualificationsProven track record of managing large numbers of customers in a SaaS technology businessProficient in CRM navigationConfident at articulating value propositions and offerings, with an appetite for continually developing knowledgeTakes ownership of understanding the Sales Compensation PlanDemonstrates good relationship management skills across a volume of customersAble to map customer needs to IPI solutionsHas the ability to work independently without close supervisionApproaches tasks with dynamism, drive and focusProven ability to engage and influence the customerDemonstrates inquisitiveness to understand customer needs and pain pointsHas the ability to engage and leverage internal resources across the businessExcellent verbal and written communicationIP Integration is dedicated to creating intelligent contact centre and IT solutions and supporting services which are unrivalled in the industry.
