Base pay range Direct message the job poster from Forge Talent Finance Business Partner – PE-backed SaaS | South Manchester Forge Talent is partnering with a high-growth software business to recruit a Finance Business Partner focused on driving commercial performance across functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience). This role sits at the intersection of Finance and Go-to-Market, embedding financial discipline into revenue generation and supporting strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain top-line financial models, integrating inputs from Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Monitor and interpret key SaaS metrics (ARR, pipeline coverage, CAC, LTV, sales productivity) to identify risks and opportunities. Deliver actionable insights through scenario modelling, forecasting, and revenue diagnostics. Develop dashboards and reporting tools to enable self-serve insights for leadership teams. Business Partnering Partner with Sales leadership on quota setting, headcount planning, and commission modelling. Support pricing strategy, product monetization, and expansion initiatives. Collaborate with Product teams to assess financial impact of new features and enhancements. Contribute to board and investor reporting with clear, data-driven revenue insights. Revenue Process Optimisation Identify and implement improvements across the lead-to-cash cycle to enhance scalability and efficiency. Align with Sales, Marketing Ops, and Customer Success on pipeline hygiene, deal stages, and renewals. Detect and address revenue leakage or inefficiencies in pricing and contract structures. Requirements 2–4 years in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Revenue Operations, ideally within SaaS or recurring-revenue environments. Professional Qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA). Exposure to scaling businesses and growth transformation projects. Advanced financial modelling and data analytics skills; proficiency in Excel/Sheets and BI tools. Comfortable with SQL and dashboard creation for revenue insights. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to simplify complex data for non-finance stakeholders. Experience in pricing strategy, usage-based billing, or product monetization. Familiarity with SaaS metrics and automation tools; knowledge of Python/R a plus.
