Territory Business Manager - Wound care - Lancashire/South Cumbria/North Cumbria (m/f/x)* Solventum, Loughborough, England, United Kingdom Job Description At Solventum, we enable better, smarter, safer healthcare to improve lives. Responsibilities Execute Solventum’s wound care value proposition and drive formulary inclusions across large Integrated Care Systems (ICSs). Develop and manage relationships with key decision makers and department leaders across clinicians, procurement, meds management, and related roles. Develop and execute a business plan to prioritize account calls, activities, penetration, and product use. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND Wound Care expertise and experience (minimum). Life Science/Business/Clinical/Nurse degree and/or relevant experience, preferred. Clinical/sales experience of wound care solutions/products. Experience/ability to manage key accounts through professional customer relationship management processes and applications. Current, valid Driver’s License. Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Work location Remote/Field role Assigned Territory – Lancashire, South Cumbria, and North Cumbria Candidate must be based or living on the territory Travel Up to 50-60% domestic travel. Company vehicle This position requires driving a company vehicle, with pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for hires. Eligibility Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
