In this pivotal role, you will: Partner with senior leaders to deliver innovative people management solutions. Provide expert advice on complex employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, and tribunal cases. Shape workforce strategies, organisational design, and talent planning. Build strong relationships with trade unions and foster a positive employee relations climate. Provide strong leadership to a professional team of HR Advisors and Managers About you What we’re looking for: CIPD level 7 qualified (or equivalent) and educated to degree level Extensive HR experience, including change management and complex casework. Strong knowledge of employment law and best practice. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver creative solutions. Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills.
