What will be expected from you?
* Manage a varied caseload of complex family matters, including finance, divorce, nuptial agreements, relocation, and children issues.
* Drive collaboration and cross-selling to support firmwide growth.
* Lead, mentor, and develop team members while balancing fee-earning and wider responsibilities.
* Meet fee targets, deliver KPIs, and progress client matters efficiently to completion
* Monitor market developments to identify opportunities and win quality, profitable new business.
* Strong expertise and passion in your legal field, with up-to-date market knowledge
* Commercially aware, with strategic thinking and business development skills
* Client-focused, building and maintaining strong relationships
* Proven ability to lead, supervise, and develop others
* Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal
* Professional, driven, and committed to high standards
