This role will be ideal if you enjoy providing exceptional customer service and have good diagnostic skills to help our members get back on the road. You will: Carry out roadside repairs and diagnosis using your automotive knowledge and skills.Provide appropriate member solutions while maintaining exceptional customerBe prepared, focused and courteous with every customer interaction and conduct yourself in a professional and efficient manner.Promote all RAA Services and Product offerings when appropriate.Receive the satisfaction of providing essential road service to our community within a time of need.Plus much more. At RAA we hire on cultural add first and technical fit second, however, to be successful in this role you will also need: Minimum trade level Certificate III in Automotive - Mechanical or Electrical (Mandatory)Automotive industry background with a track record of exceptional customer serviceKnowledge of vehicle operation, components, and current‑day diagnostic practices with a variety of makes & models of vehiclesAbility to work shift workMust be physically fit to work in all environments, have excellent time management skills, take pride in your work and presentationOutstanding attention to detail along with excellent verbal and written communication skillsBe an innovative thinker with the ability to multi‑task and manage competing priorities We pride ourselves on ensuring our staff succeed, and as such, RAA will provide a thorough and structured training program.
