Base pay range About Raptor Raptor helps brands connect with young people in ways that feel real, relevant and culturally aware. We work at the point where youth meets culture, creating work that earns attention rather than interrupting conversations. With direct access to a global network of over 5,000 young people, we stay close to how culture shifts and what actually matters to Gen Z. That insight shapes everything we do, from social content and brand activations to large scale sampling and live experiences. We partner with brands like Tinder, Jägermeister, Samsung, Canon and Deliveroo to build campaigns that land in the places young people live their lives. Online, on campus and everywhere in between. About You You’re a strong conceptual thinker who can turn an insight into a sharp idea and explain it clearly. You understand how youth audiences behave and what makes them tick. You can move between social, experiential and content work without losing the thread of the idea. You’re confident presenting, comfortable collaborating with designers and strategists, and able to keep projects moving at pace. You have the ability to bring people along the journey from the brainstorm to the boardroom. Most importantly, you understand youth culture and know how brands can contribute to it rather than chase it. The Role As a Midweight Creative, you’ll help shape ideas across campaigns, social, experiential and content. You’ll work from brief through to execution, collaborating with strategists, designers and producers along the way. Your Responsibilities Will Include Developing culturally relevant creative ideas for briefs across social, experiential and content. Writing clear, persuasive copy and shaping narratives for campaigns. Creating treatments and decks that communicate ideas simply and convincingly. Collaborating with strategy and account teams to ensure ideas are grounded in insight. Working with designers and producers to make sure ideas are executed to a high standard. Keeping an eye on youth culture, social trends and new platforms to inform your thinking. Contributing to pitches and presenting ideas confidently. Supporting the creative team in managing resourcing and allocating work. Experience You should bring: 3 to 5 years in a creative role, ideally agency side. A portfolio that shows strong conceptual work across social, content and experiential. A solid understanding of youth culture and digital behaviour. Confident copywriting and storytelling skills. Experience presenting ideas internally and to clients. Ability to collaborate with design, production and strategy teams. Ability to manage multiple projects at speed to a high level. Key Competencies Cultural Insight: You understand how young audiences think and behave. Creative Thinking: You generate ideas that are original and grounded in reality. Storytelling: You communicate clearly, simply and persuasively. Collaboration: You work well with others and make shared ideas stronger. Executional Excellence: You care about the detail and want the work to land properly.
