We are committed to delivering excellence across the healthcare continuum by empowering our subsidiary companies through strategic oversight, shared services, and a unified vision of care.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and passionate Service Manager to oversee supported living and residential services for adults with complex physical health needs, including neurological conditions, acquired brain injuries, spinal injuries, and long-term degenerative conditions.You will be responsible for the operational leadership, quality assurance, staff management, and regulatory compliance across multiple services within the Northwest and Yorkshire regions. The role demands a leader who can balance compassionate care with strong service delivery and business acumen.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage services supporting adults with complex physical and health care needs, ensuring the delivery of person-centred, high-quality care.Oversee CQC compliance, audits, and continuous improvement plans.Manage and support Service Leads, Team Leaders, and frontline staff to achieve positive outcomes.Drive service growth, occupancy, and performance across designated regions. and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, clinical commissioning groups (CCGs), and multidisciplinary teams.Ensure safe staffing levels, effective rotas, and budget control.Investigate and resolve incidents, complaints, and safeguarding concerns in line with policy.Promote a culture of dignity, independence, and inclusion for all individuals supported.RequirementsMinimum 3 years experience in a management role within complex physical disability, clinical, or healthcare services.Proven experience managing CQC-registered services with a Good or Outstanding rating.Hold or be working towards NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (Adults) or equivalent.Excellent understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and health & safety standards.Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the Northwest and Yorkshire.Nursing or clinical background (RGN, RMN, or equivalent) desirable but not essential.Experience working with individuals with acquired brain injuries, spinal injuries, or neurological conditions.Knowledge of complex care funding and multi-agency working.Seniority levelSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeEmployment typeFull-timeIndustriesHospitals and Health CareReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at MUVE Healthcare Group by 2xSign in to set job alerts for “Service Manager” roles. #J-18808-Ljbffr
