NURSERY ROOM LEADER (SHIRLEY GREEN DAY NURSERY, SOLIHULL) Join the team at Banana Moon Day Nurseries as a Nursery Room Leader with a competitive salary of £16.25 per hour. In this role, you’ll lead a dynamic room of eager learners, fostering a stimulating environment that encourages children to explore, create, and develop through play. Key responsibilities include planning exciting activities aligned with Banana Moon’s curriculum, the Early Learning and Development Programme. You will mentor and support your team, ensuring the highest standards of care and education. You will also work closely with parents and guardians, building strong partnerships that enhance the child’s learning journey.
