What You’ll Be Doing As our Year 4 Teacher, you’ll be responsible for: Planning and Delivering Inspiring Lessons: Develop engaging and differentiated lessons across the curriculum to meet the needs of all learners in Year 4. Building Independent Learners: Create a classroom environment where students feel motivated, engaged, and excited to learn while fostering their independence and critical thinking. Monitoring Progress: Assess, track, and celebrate student progress, setting clear targets and providing constructive feedback to help students achieve their best. Collaborating with Colleagues: Work closely with your teaching team to plan, share best practices, and contribute to the wider school community. Communicating with Parents: Keep parents and guardians updated on their child’s progress, ensuring clear, positive communication at all times. Fostering Inclusivity: Differentiate your teaching to ensure that every student, regardless of ability, has the opportunity to succeed and excel. What We’re Looking For A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent). Experienced in teaching Key Stage 2, with a solid understanding of the National Curriculum and the ability to assess and track progress effectively. Passionate about creating a stimulating, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment. Able to motivate students and help them develop a love of learning, critical thinking, and independence.
