Swimming Teacher

We’re seeking an enthusiastic person to join our fantastic team to teach our popular Baby and Pre‑School classes for children aged 0 to 4 years. What we offer: Comprehensive ongoing training and support A competitive salary starting at £19.25 per hour (£21.75 with holiday pay) Increasing to £22 (£24.86 with holiday pay) after 1 year of teaching Plus an extremely rewarding career Six weeks holidays (Christmas and Easter shut‑down) Ideal experience and attributes: ASA or STA Baby and Pre‑school qualified Have a positive can‑do attitude, reliability Willingness to undergo further training A flexible approach to working If you don’t have this qualification we can help you to source it and will pay back 50% of the cost after a successful 6‑month observation The Puddle Ducks training consists of e‑learning modules and a 2‑day practical session (date tbc but will be a weekend in January 2026, 8‑2.30pm in Bolton). Puddle Ducks provides all lesson plans and equipment. This is a part‑time role; hours are available on Sunday mornings 8.30‑11.30am at Everlast Gym in Leigh, plus the option of extra cover shifts at this or our other pools.
