As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be at the heart of our expanding digital function, working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to shape the brand online presence. From website management and CRM campaigns to social media and project coordination, you will gain hands‑on experience across multiple digital disciplines in a fast‑paced, supportive environment where your ideas and initiative really matter. Key Responsibilities You will play a key role in supporting our digital marketing activities, with a focus on three core areas: Managing our digital presence – keeping the website fresh, accurate and aligned with brand standards, while supporting new page launches and conducting regular audits to improve user experience and SEO performance. Driving customer engagement – helping to plan, build and deliver targeted CRM and email campaigns that connect with our audience, while maintaining data quality and contributing insights to optimise performance. Creating content that connects – supporting the scheduling and publishing of social media content across platforms, monitoring engagement, and highlighting trends that inform our approach. Throughout all of this, you will coordinate deliverables and timelines across projects, working collaboratively with stakeholders and demonstrating the ownership and attention to detail that is essential in a lean, agile team. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field. You will have 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing and be confident working with CMS platforms, CRM and email tools, and social scheduling software. Strong organisational skills and an analytical mindset are important, as is your ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly. #J-18808-Ljbffr
