Friendly central support team always on hand to help. Responsibilities By leading and managing a room within the nursery, ensuring high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS. Supporting and guiding the team, fostering a positive, collaborative environment and promoting professional development. Building strong relationships with children and families, ensuring each child’s individual needs are met and their learning is supported. Qualifications Must be at least Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification. Excellent understanding of EYFS. Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
