If you answered yes, then this job opportunity for an SEN(D) Teaching Assistant may be for you A Special Educational Needs Residential School in Blandford Forum is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team. The Role You will be supporting classroom teachers in providing the best learning environment possible for pupils aged 7-19 years old, with specific SEND/ additional needs: Primary diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC) Co‑existing conditions Complex needs Challenging behaviour Severe learning difficulties All pupils have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCPs) This school’s mission is to provide a safe, secure and engaging learning environment, while ensuring young people gain a wealth of learning opportunities and life experiences as they move on their pathway to adulthood.
