Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day management of the team, ensuring high standards of practice, quality, and performance. Respond promptly to urgent enquiries, including safeguarding alerts. Carry out specific duties as directed by the line manager to support the team's objectives. Work collaboratively with the Team Manager to ensure smooth daily operations. Promote effective partnership working and service integration. Provide supervision and support to team members. Job Summary A Fixed term opportunity has arisen for a Social Care Co-ordinator within Enquiry team for 12 months. We are looking for a committed and values-driven Social Care Co-ordinator to join our Enquiry team. This role is key to delivering an enhanced customer experience that promotes wellbeing for local residents in their communities. Qualifications NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
