Clinical Lead Vet Surgeon - Small AnimalSalary up to £75,000 DOE, plus up to £5,000 Relocation Allowance and up to £5,000 Welcome BonusAn exciting opportunity has arisen at Ark House Vets, where we are looking to recruit an experienced, passionate and supportive Clinical Lead Veterinary Surgeon for our team. This is a unique opportunity to blend your clinical expertise with team leadership to help shape the future of the practice.Your responsibilities would include supporting the clinical team and the successful running of the clinic alongside the Director of Practice and Head Nurse. You will also be responsible for driving clinical standards and support and mentor colleagues to ensure we offer the best care to our patients, clients and colleagues.Duties include:Provide high-quality veterinary care in both consultations and surgeryLead by example with clear, compassionate communicationSupport, mentor, and inspire junior vets and nursesAct as a clinical role model, ensuring best practice in line with RCVS and IVC Evidensia guidelines.Work with the management team on strategic planning, performance management and to explore new opportunities.Work life balance that works for youOur people are at the heart of everything that we do, that’s why we know that work-life balance is vital in supporting our people to be their best selves.
