OverviewHomeServe are now recruiting for directly employed Water Supply Pipe Engineers to join our team. At HomeServe we put the customers' experience at the forefront of everything we do. As a Water Supply Pipe Engineer you will undertake the maintenance and repair work of water supply systems in our customers' homes. You will provide industry leading service and help us enhance our reputation, whilst driving customer growth. To help you settle in to your career at HomeServe, you will undertake our extensive training programme.ResponsibilitiesUndertake maintenance and repair work of water supply systems in customers\' homes.Provide industry leading service to enhance customer experience and support company reputation and growth.Complete training programme as part of induction.Induction and locationWeek 1: Attend Head Office in Walsall, Monday to Friday, covering HomeServe, health and safety, and provision of tools and equipment.Week 2: Buddied with an experienced HomeServe Water Supply Pipe Engineer. Where geographically appropriate, accommodation and meal allowance may be paid for the induction.What you must haveExperience repairing, laying and identifying leaks on water mains.Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 penalty points.Excellent customer service.Proactive, \'can do\' attitude.Keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills.About HomeServeHomeServe has got over 30 years\' experience taking care of the nations\' homes.
