OverviewFinance Manager - East Cheshire | Hybrid after probation. Axon Moore is partnering with a high-growth manufacturing business to recruit a Finance Manager for a privately owned company with ambitious growth plans and an international customer base.Reporting to the Group Financial Controller and leading a small team of two assistants, the Finance Manager will drive financial strategy, manage reporting, support budgeting, and ensure compliance, while working closely with operational teams to inform commercial decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate and timely financial statements and reportsDevelop budgets, monitor expenditures, and perform variance analysisConduct financial analysis and modelling to support business decisionsManage accounting, monitoring, and reporting systemsEnsure regulatory compliance, including tax filings and auditsSupervise and mentor Assistant Management AccountantsMonitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactionsRecommend improvements to financial systems, processes, and policiesSupport year-end audit and liaise with auditorsAnalyse gross margins and support cost control initiativesKey Skills & QualificationsFully qualified ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalentStrong analytical, communication, and leadership skillsProficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systemsKnowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and manufacturing operationsAbility to work independently and cross-functionallyAttention to detail and integrityPreferred Experience2-5 years in a similar finance roleFamiliarity with financial reporting standards and complianceExperience with Power Query/Power BI or equivalentApply now via the link below or contact Maria @ Axon Moore for more information. #J-18808-Ljbffr
