Trainee Protection Advisor Join as a Trainee Protection Advisor at LSL Property Services plc (a subsidiary of PRIMIS Mortgage Network). Location Fareham – office based only (working from home is not available). Overview We are looking for hungry and tenacious sales professionals eager to learn and succeed in our award‑winning Protection Sales Team. Full in‑house training will be provided, allowing you to develop expertise in Life Assurance, Private Medical Insurance, Business Protection and General Insurance (Home Insurance). All leads are supplied, but self‑generation and customer referrals will increase your output and earnings. Responsibilities Provide telephone guidance to customers on protection products. Advise on Life Assurance, Private Medical Insurance, Business Protection, and General Insurance. Meet daily sales targets in a target‑driven, compliance‑focused environment. Work with a team that values customer outcomes, team loyalty, and a ‘family feel’ culture. Qualifications Hunger, tenacity, and experience in sales (no specific formal qualifications required). Previous success in fast‑paced sales environments such as motor trade, mobile phone sales, or electrical store sales is advantageous. Compensation Base salary of £25,000 plus commissions, with total earnings ranging from £50,000 to £75,000 (potentially higher for top performers). Working Hours 930 – 730 (3 days a week), 930 – 600 (1 day), 930 – 430 (Friday). No weekends.
