Design and manage the RFP processes to support program goals and requirements. Work with internal and client stakeholders to establish, manage, create RFPs and analyze purchasing projects. Work with stakeholders to rationalize active supplier list. Prepare and present results of analysis and reports to all levels of management. Maintain data integrity of databases and enhance accuracy, usefulness, and access. Collect and rationalize complex data from multiple sources, ensuring integrity and accuracy. Coordinate with global sourcing team and peers to align reporting. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for key systems/processes. Lead projects, including supervisory or managerial activities, to complete procurement projects. Identify opportunities for improvements within client and company operations. Develop scenario planning tools/models (exit/maintain/grow) and analyze trends in business conditions. Perform other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities No formal supervisory responsibilities; provides informal technical guidance and training. May lead project teams and supervise assignments of lower‑level employees. Decision making within procedures and company policies to achieve results and deadlines. Responsible for setting own project deadlines; errors may impact co‑workers and supervisor. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; four‑year college or university. Minimum five years of related experience or training. Certifications preferred: CP M, CP S M, or N.A.C.M. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organization and analysis. Advanced knowledge of financial terms, principles, and ability to perform intermediate financial analyses. Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents; solve problems with multiple options. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (advanced spreadsheet functions, pivot tables, formulas). Knowledge of Ariba, SAP ERP systems. Diploma or degree from an accredited institution preferred but not required; focus on detail, accuracy, innovation. Minimum three years of related work experience. Communication Skills Comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, coworkers, or supervisors. Financial Knowledge Knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate percentages, discounts, and commissions; conduct basic financial analysis. Reasoning Ability Analyze and interpret documents; solve problems involving multiple options. Intermediate analytical and quantitative skills. Skills & Abilities Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Spreadsheet skills including advanced functions, graphics, pivot tables, and formulas.
