We’re now looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our close-knit team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building relationships with new and existing clients through proactive sales and communication
• Leading sales negotiations from start to finish
• Meeting clients to understand their hiring needs and building long-term partnerships
• Managing offers to ensure a win-win outcome for both clients and candidates

What We’re Looking For

• Proven sales experience (any sector)
• Ambitious and passionate about developing a career in recruitment
• A strong work ethic and commitment to delivering outstanding service
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Creative thinker we love fresh ideas and initiative
• Full, clean UK driving licence, essential for client visits and travel
