As Part Of This Team, You Will Oversee procurement and financial processes to keep essential processes moving. Maintain and update library databases and service records. Communicate with suppliers and partners to coordinate orders and contracts. Provide administrative and project support to colleagues across the library service. Assist the senior team in delivering key service priorities and targets. Other Role Requirements Motivation and a willingness to learn are essential – you will need to learn how to use service‑specific IT systems. Demonstrate appropriate business and administration skills and have a level of literacy to produce routine documentation. Be supported by the team and managers but able to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage your own workload. What We're Looking For Strong administrative and organisational skills. Confidence using IT systems and working with data. Ability to manage several tasks at once while maintaining accuracy. Clear communication and teamwork with colleagues, suppliers and partners.
