You will [play a vital role in supporting students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and others who may struggle with traditional learning. You will work closely with teaching staff, the pastoral team and families to create a safe, inclusive and inspiring environment where every student can thrive.**Key Responsibilities:**• Deliver targeted interventions and support for SEMH students• Assist in planning and delivering lessons under teacher guidance• Provide 1:1 and small group support to students who find school difficult• Help create a positive, structured, and nurturing learning environment• Contribute to the wider life of the academy and our inclusive ethos**What We’re Looking For:**• HLTA status or equivalent experience• A strong understanding of SEMH needs and inclusive education• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• A calm, patient, and proactive approach• A genuine passion for helping young people succeed**The Academy reserves the right to close the shortlisting process early should suitable candidates apply.
