This is also a full-time position, with the working hours of Monday- Friday, 9am-5pm and an hourly rate of £27.49 per hour.The HR Business Partner will provide senior-level HR advice to designated directorates, supporting workforce planning, organisational change, and performance improvement. The role involves leading HR strategy, advising on restructuring, employee relations, recruitment and retention, and using workforce data to support service delivery and performance targets. The post holder will lead key HR and organisational development projects, support senior managers in people management, and contribute to Trust-wide people strategy, emergency planning, and public involvement initiatives.What We Need From YouA relevant university degree or professional such as CIPD.Hold a full valid driving licence and have access to your own means of transport.Minimum of 2 years relevant post qualification experience in a senior management role with a major complex organisation.In lieu of no recognised qualification, demonstrate a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.Full current driving license.What will We offer youWeekly pay.Opportunity to work in the Public Sector.The Next StepsContact Beth Wright on 02838316446First Choice is an equal opportunities employer #J-18808-Ljbffr
