Senior Google Analytics & Implementation Specialist REO is a leading UK based customer experience (CX) agency, dedicated to delivering exceptional digital solutions to our clients. Our expertise spans across web development, digital marketing, UX/UI design, CRO, user research and data analytics. We work with a diverse range of enterprise clients and well known brands, helping them to navigate the digital landscape and achieve their business goals. Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on analytics specialist with a proven track record in implementing and troubleshooting GA4, GTM and Consent Mode. You will be the in-house expert on Google's analytics stack: GA4, GTM and BigQuery, leading client delivery across implementation, reporting, troubleshooting, and training. While your core expertise must lie in the Google stack, experience with other enterprise analytics platforms like Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare, or FullStory is highly desirable. You will work with a range of digital tools and help clients navigate complex data challenges across multiple technologies. You must have at least two years of agency-side experience in an analytics role, with regular exposure to clients. You are not an account manager you are a practitioner who understands data in depth and can communicate clearly and simply to non-technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities You will work closely with major brands to implement, maintain and troubleshoot data and analytics solutions across their digital platforms. You will act as the technical lead, ensuring reliable delivery through practical problem solving and deep technical expertise. You Must HAVE Strong GA4 and GTM implementation experienceConfidence with tagging and measurement designAbility to troubleshoot tracking and data discrepanciesUnderstanding of event structures and how data flows from end to endUnderstanding of current Consent requirements and best practiceExperience with deploying and configuring CMP tools such as OneTrust or CookieBotExperience with configuring GTM to respect consentExperience with Google Consent ModeAbility to extract clear insights from dataStrong communication skills with clients and internal teamsCuriosity and the ability to learn quickly while working on live projects Desirable More advanced SQL or data analysis experience (Bigquery, Mixpanel etc)Experience with Contentsquare or other DX toolsBroader experience across analytics strategyExperience aligning GA4 data with other platforms or internal first party dataCertificationsTraining skillsExperience with AI analytics tools and techniquesDevelopment skills - JavascriptTraining and onboarding Partners Additional Skills Commercial awareness and the ability to manage client expectations.Initiative to identify and develop additional analysis and insights.Strong organisational and time management skills.Comfortable working remotely with occasional travel to client meetings and our London office. Desirable Qualifications Degree in a relevant field.
