Job Description Warehouse Operations Assistant (Christmas) Drive stock between the warehouse and ours Boots store Unpack and replenish Load and dispatch goods What you'll need to have Full training is provided for this role, and we are looking for people who: Able to Drive: You need to hold a valid full UK Driving Licence Speed & Accuracy: You need to enjoy following process, working quickly whilst staying precise. Physical Stamina: You'll be on your feet, standing, walking, lifting and driving. If you're ready to stay busy and active, this is the role for you Availability: You need to be able to work early start times and weekends Tech-Savvy: You need to be comfortable learning about and using new technology, including handheld mobile devices. Adaptable: You need to excel in a varied environment where priorities change to suit the flow of work in the warehouse Safety-Minded: You need to maintain a safety-focused mindset and understand the importance of following health and safety procedures Be aged 21 or over It would be great if you also have These are desirable skills or experience and are not essential, so we would welcome applications from candidates that don't match these additional criteria: Experience in a warehouse environment Experience using hand-held scanners or inventory systems Basic numeracy skills Access to a car Familiar with the products Boots sells Career development Are you thinking about your future career goals? About the role Christmas in Boots is our most exciting time of the year, and it can be very busy, so we'll provide you with all the training and support you need to help you be at your best. You will work in our offsite warehouse for our distributions and logistics teams and report into the Assistant or Store Manager and your role will help some of our biggest and busiest stores make sure they always have the right level of stock to ensure that every customer leaves our store with what they wanted and has a great experience in store this Christmas. #J-18808-Ljbffr
