Join to apply for the Night Service Assistant role at GSA - Global Student Accommodation We are one of the market leaders in student accommodation and we are looking for a new Night Service Assistant to join our team right in the heart of Newcastle. Responsibilities Cover the front desk and respond to any of the student’s enquiries Assist with check in and check out of our student’s rooms Ensure the communal areas are clean and tidy and well maintained Get involved with our famous wellbeing and social events Ensure a safe and secure environment for our students Along with the day to day activities within your role, you will also be required to manage your health and safety responsibilities as set out in Section 7 of the Health and Safety at Work Etc. Act 1974, where it states that you have a duty to take care of yourself and those around you, by your acts or omissions and to cooperate with your employer on health and safety matters. Whatever it takes really to ensure our students and safe, secure and happy You’ll need to be computer savvy, switched on and approachable and a of course a night owl. Some experience in security will give you the edge.
