Their success is built on strong relationships, integrity, and an unbeatable team spirit — and now we're looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join an expanding team.RoleAs a Recruitment Consultant in the Industrial Division, you'll be responsible for building and managing your own client and candidate base (there's already lots in place). You'll develop new business opportunities, deliver excellent service, and help keep workplaces across the region fully staffed and running smoothly.This is a fast-paced, rewarding role where no two days are the same — perfect for someone who thrives on challenge, energy, and results.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their workforce needs.Source, interview, and match candidates for industrial roles including warehouse operatives, forklift drivers, and production staff.Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle — from business development to placement.Proactively identify new business opportunities and nurture long-term partnerships.Ensure compliance with all employment legislation and company standards.Maintain accurate records using our CRM and reporting systems.About YouProven experience in recruitment (industrial, logistics, or similar sectors preferred).Strong communication and relationship-building skills.A proactive, resilient, and target-driven attitude.Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Confident in both business development and candidate management.Full UK driving licence (preferred, depending on role).What We OfferCompetitive basic salary + uncapped commission.Career progression in a rapidly growing agency.Comprehensive training and ongoing professional development.Supportive, fun, and driven team culture.Regular incentives, social events, and recognition for achievement.🚀 If you're a motivated recruiter who loves hitting targets, building relationships, and making things happen — we want to hear from you #J-18808-Ljbffr
