HSQE CO-ORDINATORPERMANENT£32000 - £35,000EUROWAY, BRADFORDOur client, a manufacturing business based in the Euroway Industrial estate, Bradford have an immediate requirement to recruit a well versed QHSE Co-ordinator.The role will play a vital role in supporting the implementation and maintenance of Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental standards across the site. Working closely with all departments the individual will carry out inspections, audits, and data analysis to ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal procedures. This hands-on role is essential to maintaining high standards in product quality, workplace safety, and environmental responsibility.This role provides the opportunity to take hold of this position and drive it forward and bring it all together and will thus suit someone with the drive and ambition to be able to manage the position on their own.The role will consist of.....Leading the development & delivery of the strategical business plans via an internal compliance group and planning and reporting on progress to the Executive BoardMaintain current BS EN 9001 / 14001 standardsManage all aspects of health and Safety with a view to implementing ISO 45001 in 2026Implementation of further waste stream management and waste contractor managementPrepare and present external auditor days which occur bi-annually (BSI)Monitoring emerging, new and revised legislations to assess its impact to the business maintaining complianceAccident investigations and root cause analysis maintaining risk assessment matricesAssisting Technical Services with site risk assessment and method statements.Assist with project tender processes as necessary (Supplier questionnaires KPI data)Monitor and report on strategic KPI’sPromoting a Quality culture throughout the organisationMonitor and evaluate supplier performance visiting suppliers where necessaryManagement of Internal / External NCR’sResponsibility for creation of Audit Schedules and timeliness completions (Quality, Environmental and Product)Document Control throughout the businessComponent Quality inc.
