You will serve as the designated SENDCo for Outwood Academy Bishopsgarth while supporting and guiding other SENCOs within our community. As a Regional SENCO Lead, you will embody the Trust value “we break down barriers”, ensuring no SEND student is left behind and leading the commitment to outstanding SEND provision. Key Responsibilities Lead and Inspire to set the standard for SEND excellence. Identify and Implement key improvements in provision. Build Strong Partnerships with local authorities and partners. Disseminate Best Practice through CPD and collaborative networking.
