Paediatric Clinical Lead - Birmingham / Coventry (Midlands)Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per year (DOE) + Mileage (45p/mile)Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (Hybrid & Flexible)Contract: Permanent, Full-TimeWe are recruiting a Paediatric Clinical Lead to join a leading UK complex-care provider, supporting children and families across Birmingham and Coventry.This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Children's Nurse who is ready to step into leadership within community complex care. As the Paediatric Clinical Lead, you will oversee paediatric complex-care packages, complete assessments, provide specialist clinical training and ensure gold-standard governance and safety.The Paediatric Clinical Lead role offers hybrid working, flexibility, strong clinical support and structured career development.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage paediatric complex-care packages, including assessments, risk management and clinical reviewsComplete new client assessments and contribute to MDT and commissioning meetingsConduct clinical audits, incident reviews and maintain full CQC complianceMentor and clinically supervise nurses and support workers, including competency sign-offsDeliver specialist paediatric training including tracheostomy care, ventilation, suctioning and enteral feedingBuild strong relationships with families, external MDTs, case managers and ICB professionalsProvide clinical escalation and decision-making support as the acting Paediatric Clinical LeadPackage & BenefitsSalary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (DOE)Hybrid and flexible weekday working (Mon-Fri)Mileage reimbursed at 45p per mileSupportive and collaborative clinical leadership teamOngoing CPD, professional development and leadership programmes25 days annual leave + bank holidays + your birthday offRequirementsRegistered Children's Nurse (RNC / RSCN) with valid NMC registrationExperience in PICU, HDU or community paediatric complex careStrong leadership ability with experience in training and governanceExcellent clinical judgement, communication and problem-solving skillsFull UK driving licence and access to a vehicleIf you are an ambitious nurse looking to progress into a Paediatric Clinical Lead role, we would love to hear from you.Apply today or contact Ehsan at Leaders in Care on (phone number removed)Ref: LICEA #J-18808-Ljbffr
