Site Service Engineer (Electrical) Shefield £36'500 + performance-based bonus A well-established and successful manufacturer, this company is recognised as the market-leading brand within the industry and has a reputation for quality and innovation that is supported by its excellent technical team. Role & Responsibilities: Perform inspections on various automated storage systems. Carry out annual servicing, routine maintenance, and repairs of units. Diagnose and resolve technical faults independently. Support system upgrades, including software updates. Assist with the commissioning and installation of new systems at client sites. Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns. Provide technical support and product training to clients. Complete and submit service reports/documentation promptly and accurately. Manage your own travel and schedule efficiently. Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Strong willingness to learn and a hands-on, proactive approach. Experience or qualifications in mechanical, electrical, or general engineering. Excellent fault-finding and technical problem-solving skills Full UK driving licence. Flexibility for regional and occasional national travel (including overnight stays) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Professional presentation and a customer-first attitude High attention to detail and pride in workmanship Experience in storage solutions or materials handling (desirable but not essential) Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Benefits Package: A starting salary between £36'500 + Performance based bonus.
