This role will be within our HuddersfieldTeam and is a hybrid position, we offer part-time and full-time positions, with a minimum of three days a week commitment. As a Specialist Neurodevelopmental Practitioner, you will contribute to comprehensive neurodevelopmental assessments, helping to ensure timely and accurate diagnoses that lead to appropriate support and improved outcomes for families.Main duties of the jobIn this role, you will contribute to high-quality, evidence-based neurodevelopmental assessments for children and young people. Duties include conducting structured observations via digital platforms, carrying out remote developmental history interviews with parents and carers, and actively participating in multidisciplinary team diagnostic discussions, with support from senior clinicians where required. You will deliver clear, compassionate feedback to families, ensuring that outcomes and next steps are communicated sensitively and effectively. The role also involves producing accurate and detailed clinical reports, including diagnostic formulations, with the support of our smart tools to improve efficiency and consistency.
