We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team at Maltings Academy. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work in partnership with teachers to improve the learning and attainment of our students, promoting their independence and social inclusion.What you'll do:Support students' learning needs, including specific SEND needs, to help them access lesson content and achieve learning objectives.Help students develop independent learning skills.Deliver targeted interventions in partnership with teachers.Promote positive behaviours and support students' wellbeing.What we offer:At Lift Schools, we are committed to supporting professional growth and development.
